Die Mason Die are a London-based four-piece fronted by the 20 year old, Welsh born, Australia raised Samuel Mason. Exponents of the (self-invented) genre 'ghost folk', they released their debut single 'Lost' last October, followed shortly after by an EP, 'Tongues In The Clamp'.
'My Favourite Cave', their latest song, is featured on Daniel Johnston's 'Space Ducks', a 14-track album which comprises of seven of Johnston's own; the rest by a selection of artists. Receiving its debut national airplay last week on Xfm, it's a slow burning belter, driven by Mason's vocal that's sure to catch a fire over the next months.
