Loom To Release Covers Album - On Cassette
Quietly building up the dark and mysterious, Leamington dark punkers Loom have announced the release on August 19 of a 5-track covers cassette, via Hate Hate Hate Records.
Limited to 200 copies, it will include a number of songs that have been influential in their own musical output to date: Seasick (Jesus Lizard), Big Take Over (Bad Brains), Warsaw (Warsaw before they became Joy Division), Caribou (Pixies) and Bite It You Scum (GG Allin).
Listen to the first streaming online now - Jesus Lizard's 'Seasick' below.
Loom will play a free show at Old Blue Last, London, on August 22 to launch the cassette. As previously announced they’ll also play a residency at Camden's The Black Heart, starting on September 4.
Pre-order the cassette now via Rough Trade.
