Since our first hearing and chat with Ecstasy back in January - see here - they have kept a rather low profile, bar the occasional track uploaded to Soundcloud and very cheeky little unannounced gigs here and there.
The latest from the London four-piece - Laura, vocals; Joe, synth, samples; Rosemary, synths; James, guitars/synths/percussion) is 'FRNDS 4 LYF', taken from their forthcoming EP 'Exhale' to be released on December 9 via National Anthem - the label also responsible for Chvrches and Haim. Like the former, they utilise dreampop layered synths, catchy hooks and an impressive overall quality that has made them a name - if still a somewhat elusive one - on many people's lips.
Ecstasy play Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen, London tomorrow, November 20 with Amber Run.
