Brisbane lo-fi garage-pop four-piece Major Leagues have released a new single off their debut EP 'Weird Seasons'.
'Silver Tides’, which is out now, follows-on from their previous singles ‘Teen Mums’ and ‘Endless Drain’.
Due to be released on December 6, the EP drowns in fuzz and feedback, channelling influences such as The Breeders, Dinosaur Jr. and My Bloody Valentine, while referencing pop sensibilities that nod more to the melodies of 60s surf and garage pop.
Major Leagues are: Anna Davison - lead vocals/guitar; Vlada Edirippulige - bass; Jaimee Fryer - guitar/vocals; Jacob Knauth - drums
