The Soft Look is London-based electro pop individual Paul McIver who is releasing his debut EP 'Tesserae' on December 23. Previously guitarist/frontman in Belfast bands Cutaways and Morning Claws, McIver is now setting out as a solo performer using laptop, synths and an MPC and focussing on electronic music.

The EP follows on from first single release 'Stay in the Dark' which came out thru Belfast label, Start Together Singles Club, run by ex-Oppenheimer member Rocky O'Reilly. The single has received plays on BBC Introducing by Ally McCrea and BBC Northern Ireland's Across The Line show.
