London rock foursome Damn Vandals have announced that their next single, ‘Twist Up And Tangle’, will be released on March 17 - in advance of their second album, ‘Rocket Out Of London’, out April 7.
‘Twist Up And Tangle’ sees Jack Kansas’s feverous vocals duel with Frank Pick’s explosive guitar, whilst Adam Kilemore Gardens on bass and Chris Christianson on drums deliver the killer rhythm; whklst the B-side, ‘I Bring You Love’, morphs from a swampy blues stomp into an exhilarating slide-fuelled beat of raw power.
The new LP was once again produced by Julian Simmons (Midlake, Ed Sheeran, Guillemots, Goldheart Assembly) and will be the follow-up to the band’s critically acclaimed debut release ‘Done For Desire'.
The band have also been added to the bill of a benefit gig in support of the SAVE EARL'S COURT CAMPAIGN at The Troubadour, Old Brompton Road, London on March 6.
