Hull Punks LIFE Get On The 'Money'
Hull punksters LIFE are set to release their new double 'A' side single 'Money'/'Crawling' on March 17. Produced by former Kaiser Chief Nick Hodgson, it will be available as a limited edition 7" and download via Birthday Records.
Formed just a year ago, the last twelve months have seen the Hull quartet, whose punchy guitar hooks and pop-poem lyrics have already garnered love from the likes of Steve Lamacq and John Kennedy, add steadily to their fanbase following their infectious debut single 'I Wanna Forget'.
Stream 'Money' below.
Brothers Mez (lead vocals/guitar) and Mick (guitar/vocals) bring their self-confessed love of pop culture (everything from Steinbeck and Breaking Bad to Disneyland), DIY punk and the dirt of the city into their funny, frenetic, lovelorn, f**k - you word plays, whilst Loz (bass) brings the hot rhythm and Rich (drums) the relentless punk kick that you would expect from a man who can rip an apple clean in two.
