Taking place this year on Saturday April 19, Record Store Day 2014 will see hundreds of independent record shops across the country join forces to celebrate the seventh year of RSD with exclusive, limited edition releases and in-store performances.

Special releases coming from the great and the good include David Bowie, Joy Division, Breton, Damon Albarn, Chvrches, The Flaming Lips, Kodaline, London Grammar, Nirvana, The Ramones, Cults, and much, much more.
Radio station XFM, media partner of Record Store Day 2014, will be releasing their own vinyl album of John Kennedy's X-Posure Live Sessions as a limited edition of 1,000. The album will be available on RSD 2014 in return for a donation to XFM's Fund For War Child, the charity that carries out vital work with young people in war zones.
