Irish three-piece Sleep Thieves's (Sorcha Brennan, Keith Byrne and Wayne Fahy) latest single 'You Want The Night' is another slice of their immensely likeable 'disco noir'.
This title track from their forthcoming album to be released on June 17 via the US label Minty Fresh Records, is the follow-up to their 2012 EP, 'Islands', and 'City Of Hearts' released in February, and recorded at their home-based Dublin studio.
Sleep Thieves supremely combine the 80s style of dark, throbbing electronics and heavy bassline, with Sorcha Brennan's compelling vocal, where she “couldn’t see you for the noise” as you were “getting lost in her delights”.
Sleep Thieves play London's Birthdays on May 19.
