German synth siblings Hundreds - Philipp Milner, synth/piano/beats; Eva Milner, vocals, autoharp) - have unveiled the video for 'Our Past', the second single from their new second album 'Aftermath' which is out now thru Sinnbus.
The Hamburg duo, whose first album showed more of a minimalist electronic side, have since broadened out their sound, enriching with a more overtly pop feel - even if still maintaining their somewhat dark side.
Milner’s vocals, aided by a backing of tom toms and synths, propulsive bassline and building synth-pop arrangement, deliver lyrics why h she has described as about "being strong, fighting for your right to be heard and also about time, its fluidity and inviolability."
