The London-born singer /songwriter / producer is set to release his new single, ‘Girlfriends’ on September 15 thru  Outsiders / Polydor.

Co-written by Joel and produced by Invisible Men (co-writers/producers of No1 hits for the likes of Iggy Azelia and DJ Fresh) ‘Girlfriends’ is an up-tempo summer smash with one of thise infectious choruses, heavy bass line and Joel’s signature falsetto, that just keep you hooked - and judging by the rather good-looking Mr. C's Twitter following, a lot of young ladies are very hooked indeed.
