Fancy Getting Intimate With Noel Gallagher?

How does a little soiree with ex-Oasis man himself, Noel Gallagher sound? If you have always harboured a bit of a passion for the monobrowed one, then now could be your chance to fulfill that dream.

Noel has announced that he will participate in an intimate live Q&A session to raise money for Global's Make Some Noise charity on November 3.

The event, 'An Evening With Noel Gallagher' and arranged in partnership with Global's XFM radio station, will take place at the Hammersmith Club in London. Also taking part will be Manic Street Preachers' Nicky Wire, Creation Records founder Alan McGee and Shortlist Deputy Editor Hamish Macbain.

Noel will hold a 90-minute conversation delving into his life in music. Says Noel: "Having rarely stopped blowing my own trumpet since April '94, it'll come as no surprise I jumped at the chance to let the people catch me at it again, so to speak, while at the same time raising a few bob for the kids. It'll be a pleasure."

The event is limited to 120 people and tickets will be available from
8am on October 1, priced between £40 - £100. Tickets can be obtained from xfm.co.uk

Global's Make Some Noise is a new national charity that brings together people from the music world to help disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
