London foursome Flyte have unveiled a new track, ‘False Alarm’, the B-side to ‘Light Me Up’, released thru iTunes and Spotify, and on December 2 via Turned Out Nice / Island Records.
The track was self-produced in Flyte’s East London studio and sees the band in a wistful mood as Will Taylor (vocals, lead guitar), Nick Hill (bass, vocals), Sam Berridge (keyboards, vocals) and Jon Supran (drums, vocals) craft two-and-a-half minutes of sharply observed lyrics, infectious melody and shimmering guitars.
'False Alarm' will also feature on the band's four-track 'Diamond White' EP, a 10” vinyl only release, available on December 1 via the band's store here.

This year has seen the band support both Bombay Bicycle Club (alongside Rae Morris ) and MS MR, plus festival dates including Reading & Leeds. Most recently they played a headline show at London's Oslo venue.
