Empathy Test - Isaac Howlett and Adam Relf - have unveiled the second single to come from their December released EP 'Throwing Stones'.

Following on from the title track release last month, 'Here Is The Place' again draws on their penchant for producing pop electronica that spins a catchy twist on the usual electronic
synth sounds one hears.
