Fantastically glitchy track, taken from Sydney trio Seekae's third album 'The Worry', which was released in September thru Future Classic.
Combining an inspiring use of samples, beats, with the resonant vocal of percussionist Alex Cameron that instil both a sense of dread as much as intrigue, its minimal lyrics keep it sharp and intense.
The video, directed by Ian Pons Jewell, is a good example of how less can so very often equate to more. Not a lot happens here: actor Ivaylo Rogozinov sits umoving on the stairs of a once grand, now abandoned building (it was actually shot on location in a former bathhouse in Bankya, Bulgaria), as VFX silver pinballs ricochet off walls and structures around him. They should really have given a credit to the pinballs in the video though - Oscar-winning performance there!
