The Oakland/Bay Area trio Stalls kick out the riffs aplenty on their new scuzzy post-punk track 'Tooth And Nail', taken from their self-titled debut EP, out next week.
Stalls formed last year between multi-instrumentalist Sam Weiss (formerly with Pure Bliss, Violent Change, Mall Walk, and various others), Ray Seraphin (ex-Talkies, Violent Change ) and Nick Clark (Mall Walk), and 'Tooth And Nail' follows 'Cage' which they put out late last year. Both tracks emphasise constructed bass lines that come with weighty effect, fueling Weiss’ gnarled vocals.
'Stalls’ is released on January 20 via Vacant Stare Records.
