We featured Atlanta's Red Sea here a few weeks ago with 'On Marble', a track from their 'In The Salon' album. Now the four share a track from their new EP, 'Yardstick For Human Intelligence'.
Both the album (which appeared last September) and the EP are being re-released by Bayonet - Beach Fossils frontman Dustin Payseur and his wife Katie Garcia's label.
'Vacant Ring' is the first track from the EP. Ominous and edgy, it traverses a path over four-minutes-plus, that takes in skittish guitar lines, dark pop hooks and looped vocals.
'In The Salon'/'Yardstick For Human Intelligence' are released on March 3 thru Bayonet Records.
