San Diego garage psych duo Crocodiles have been a little quiet since 2013′s 'Crimes Of Passion', but now they are back and as vital as ever with follow-up record 'Boys', set for release in April.
Produced by Martin Thulin (Vampyres of Justice), and written mainly during a hiatus in Mexico City, Brandon Welchez and Charles Rowell's fifth album is preceded by the lead single and album opener 'Crybaby Demon', a jangly, (self-described) “salsa-punk” four-minute psych-pop outing that rides on the snakelike bassline and chorus lyric,
“She gets so high.”
'Boys' is out on April 28 via Zoo Music.
