After releasing their debut track, the indie rocker 'Jeans Skirt Mystique last summer, Tallahassee’s Naps are back with back with new single, ‘Floral Mattress’, which came out in February.
With Katryn Macko taking over the front duties and writing credits here from Ryan Stanley, her impetus is to deliver a little somewhat twee, lo-fi song, until the urgent distortion-led fuzz ending, “And I hope this scares you sober/My extinction keeps you up at night.”
The B-side is a cover of Tiger Trap’s ‘For Sure’, recorded during a live session for v89, a Florida radio station.
