Toronto's Fucked Up certainly offer quality as well as length, if not exactly a surfeit of work.
'Year Of The Hare' is the latest part of their Zodiac themed releases, recorded over two years, and is a whacking 21-minute epic that takes in piano, synths, flute and sax, plus a whole gamut of experimentation and guest vocals from Isla Craig in between.
But B-Side 'California Cold' might be a more manageable 8:20 minutes, if you're in a hurry. But either way, you need to hear this jangle, punk fuzz-out that transmutes into a psych trip spree.

Fucked Up play several UK dates next month as part of their European tour, with their member count upped to nine, including the experimental Canadian group Doomsquad.
