Many Things Share Title Track From Debut Album - 'Burn Together'
Words: Ellie Ward
Coming up this summer will be the long-awaited debut album from Many Things, 'Burn Together', released through Australian label Dew Process (London Grammar, Circa Waves, Mumford and Sons).
Prior to that, and to follow 'Holy Fire', thw London three-piece return with new single - and album title track - on June 22.
According to the band's frontman Michael Tomlinson, 'Burn Together' was the first song they wrote, so it seemed only right that it would end up being their debut album's title too.
"It was a very emotionally turbulent time around writing this song," he says, "and somehow this chord progression was like therapy, I found it very uplifting - the words came out without my being sure of their meaning. In essence it’s about realising that you’re all fucked-up, and that everything in your life is about to change because it really really has to."
Check out the track below.
