East End post-punk rangers Shopping give a foretaste of their second album, ‘Why Choose?’, out on October 2 via FatCat Records, with single 'Why Wait'.
Their 2013 debut LP ‘Consumer Complaints’ - recently re-released in the US - introduced the three's (Rachel Aggs, guitar; Billy Easter, bass; Andrew Milk, drums - all formerly members of Covergirl) wiry sound and Aggs’ trademark '60s-style garage riffs, and hyped up energy output through songs such as 'Santa Monica Place' and 'Get Going'.
‘Why Wait?’ continues that same approach over two-minutes of infectious energetic rhythms, biting hooks and sharp riffs.
