Words: Ellie Ward
The third single from Toronto-based five-piece BLAJK (pronounced 'black'), released this week, is a prelude to their forthcoming EP set for release early next spring.
The four-minute, sharply polished ‘French Class’ is the follow-up to 'Lost' and their debut track 'Hamptons' (all released within the last three months, and none of which are to appear on the EP, however, we are told), an electro-synth track that draws together some big instrumentation with Jordan Radics' deep baritone vocals adding depth to the lighter synth effects.
BLAJK play The Drake Hotel in Toronto on December 18.
