The Paris/London-based duo that comprise POSTAAL have turned up a fiery blast in new single 'Burnin''.
Taking Parisian gospel singer Pascal Toussaint to lend soulful vocals and melding into a sharp four-minute piece of cinematic electronica, that builds from an unobtrusive opening into a soundscape of emotive lyrics (“It’s lyrically quite personal and not a comfortable one to talk about") woven around lush sounding clicks, samples and beats.
The track follows POSTAAL's 'Freedom' contribution last year to the short film 'Romance' created for the 'Ecole Supérieure d'Etudes Cinématographiques' in France, and 'Don't Let Go'.
After performing at Eurosonic last month, POSTAAL will be playing a number of UK festivals this summer including The Great Escape and Lost Village.
