Jamie T has gone dark and definitely with a dangerous edge on his newly debuted single 'Tinfoil Boy', premiered earlier this evening on Annie Mac's Radio 1 show as her Hottest Record In The World.
"It was recorded slightly differently," said Jamie Treays of the track. "We went to Detroit and did a session out there. That's where the track came from and it was recorded in a different place under slightly different rules which helped it sound a bit different. Hopefully, that comes across. I wanted to put something out that was kind of claustrophobic."
The song also features a monologue from actress Florence Bell, an old friend of Jamie's.
