TINY LITTLE HOUSES - SONG DESPITE APATHY
New from Melbourne's indie rockers, a percussion heavy, fuzzy guitar sound layered with the distinctive vocals of Caleb Karvountzis. The cut is the first single from their upcoming 'Snow Globe' EP, which is out on October 7 via Ivy League Records, and follows their 2015 debut EP, 'You Tore My Heart Out'. Star rating: ★★




GOOD BOY - POVERTY LINE
Infectious lead single ode to the state of unemployment - lending a resemblance to Parquet Courts - from the Brisbane indie rock trio's upcoming second EP of this year, 'Plum'. Star rating: ★★




WALLACE - RAFFLED ROSES
Lustrous vocalled Wellington, New Zealand-born, now Sydney, Australia-based Wallace Gollan follows up her future soul debut 'Negroni Eyes' with this new single released on September 2, that was inspired by a flower-growing friend of her family. Star rating: ★★




LION'S DEN - SCARS
Following 'Nothing's Fine', their debut single from a few months ago, the Stockholm garage rock trio return with this new zippy cut which appears on their just released (via Lazy Octopus Records) debut album. Star rating: ★★




PAVO PAVO - WISERWAY
Formerly known as Plume Giant, the first single from the Brooklyn "peacocks'" ("pavo" being the Latin name for the bird) debut album, 'Young Narrator In The Breakers', coming via Bella Union on November 11. Dreamy off-kilter psych vibed indie pop with autoharp. Star rating: ★★
