Watch :: The Blinders - Ramona Flowers
Words: Linn Branson
We have banged on fairly frequently this year about The Blinders, for which we make no apology. The three, now Manchester-based, members, Thomas Haywood, Charlie McGough and Matt Neale, bring new meaning to the word exciting. Live, they are possibly one of the top three acts in the country with their 'punkadelic' sound.
If you are still a virgin to The Blinders, become visually indoctrinated through the very, very neat monochrome live performance video for 'Swine' single B-side, 'Ramona Flowers', directed by Sam Crowston for Nasty Man Creations. Watch out for frontman Haywood in his ubiquitous coat, too - when he's not stripped completely, of course.
The band have a van load of gigs and festival appearances from now right through the summer - see our interview here with the band at a recent gig in Glasgow, which contains full dates - so sell your soul and serenity and see them. You need the experience, trust us!
