Track Of The Day :: The Pale White - Downer

The Pale White first caught Little Indie's attention last summer with their second single release, 'Second Place'.

Now the Newcastle trio, who play Leeds festival today, are back with a monster of a track in 'Downer', taken from their self-titled EP, out on September 29 through Ignition 45's.

Premiered earlier in the week by Huw Stephens on Radio One, the storming sub-three minute single opens on big riffs and a catchy, beaty chorus. Vocalist/ guitarist Adam Hope describes 'Downer' as "about cutting loose ends and throwing yourself into Newcastle nightlife."

You'll be throwing yourself into this too.
