Camden Rocks returns with Maxïmo Park, Public Image Limited (PiL), Twin Atlantic announced
Maxïmo Park and post-punk legends Public Image Limited (PiL) are among the first names announced for Camden Rocks Festival 2018 line-up.
The North London event returns for its seventh year on Saturday June 2, where over 200 bands and artists will convene on Camden Town’s venues.
Tthe festival will be headlined by Mercury-prize nominees Maxïmo Park, who will close the event at the prestigious Koko venue. With six albums under their belts, two of which went gold in the UK, their rousing indie rock anthems and anthemic choruses will provide the perfect climax to the days rock n roll thrills.
Also confirmed to perform are fabled post-punk originators Public Image Limited (PiL), bringing their boundary smashing, forward-thinking sounds to Camden Rocks for the first time.
Also announced are Scottish rockers Twin Atlantic, Pop Will Eat Itself, post-Sex Pistols legends The Professionals, and Manchester punks Sonic Boom Six.
