Track Of The Day :: Red Telephone - Kookly Rose

This wonky, experimental and definitely different debut from Cardiff-based three-piece Red Telephone, has already picked up airplay from BBC Radio Wales via Janice Long, Bethan Elfyn and Adam Walton (who described it as "brilliant").

Released yesterday (January 26), 'Kookly Rose' is the first of what seems to be a flow of material the band - Declan Andrews (vocals), Toby Andrews (guitars), Kieran O'Brien (guitars) - have at their disposal.

"We''ve spent the last couple of months recording an album's worth of material and we're going to be announcing our first tour and festival dates next month along with a second single," they tell Little Indie.
