Portland, Maine's Weakened Friends started off in 2014 as a trio of Sonia Sturino (vocals, guitars, percussion), Annie Hoffman (bass) and Cam Jones (drums), issuing their debut EP 'Gloomy Tunes' in September 2015.
Drawing laudable support for their alt-pop-rock style, honest lyrics of self-awareness, fuzzy guitars and blended rhythms, having drawn in Dinosaur Jr's frontman J Mascis on lead guitar for last year's 'Hate Mail'.
The band last month performed a five-song session in Chicago for Audiotree. Watch in full below.
