North London-via-Northants four-piece Phantom Isle follow previous outings 'Channel' and 'Nightmare', with a new burst of sun-drenched guitars and soaring vocals on 'Focus'.
Premiered by BBC Introducing Northampton, 'Focus' highlights the band's riffy, melodic style with sugar-coated vocals, punctuated by dollops of gritty rock.
It's not been a good start to the year for the band, with bass player Matt suffering a stroke in February after a bleed on the brain caused by a tumour. Thankfully he is now on the road to recovery.
Phantom Isle are set to play The Great Escape festival next month.
