Although 'Cherish' isn't the official new single - that's 'Empress' - from Salford alt-rock-post-punks Red Light Effect, we think this track, recorded live at Hope Studios in Manchester, is a bit darned good, and it's the other side of 'Empress' - so here it is. Dark gloom, glorious guitars and a psych overlay from the four-piece headed by brothers Ian and Dale Scott.
Oh, and 'Empress' itself - released yesterday (June 15) ain't bad, either! Listen to both.
