Palace ready for July album and announce November UK tour
Words: Ellie Ward
No sooner than they were impressing Little Indie's reviewer in Edinburgh last week on their current tour, London trio Palace now announce not just a further autumn UK tour, but also the release of their second album.
The follow up to 2016's debut 'So Long Forever', ‘Life After’ will drop on July 12. It is preceded by new single ‘Martyr’, the third track from the record following ‘Heaven Up There’ and ‘No Other’.
“While there are a couple of different threads to the record, ultimately there’s a romance to it alongside a feeling of looking to the future through a new lens,” says frontman Leo Wyndham. “While still being aware of the unknown, you can allow yourself to feel hopeful, stronger and grateful for what you’ve got.”
Palace will tour the record later in the year on their eight-date UK outing in November, concluding at London’s Roundhouse on November 9.
