RACKETT could just be a band to make waves in the UK this time next year. Already known in their Australian home territory for their "loud and experimental" punk-pop.
The four-girl Sydney group - Bec Callandar (vocals, guitar), Ally Gavin (bass, vocals), Kat Ayala (lead guitar, vocals), Astrid Hold (drums, vocals) - deliver a guitar-driven, psych-punk infusion of energy and melodic intensity - ad evidenced on the pair of latest tracks, 'Alive' and 'Space Cadet'.
