Los Angeles-based art-pop trio ASHRR - vocalist/songwriter Steven Davis, and producers Josh Charles and Ethan Allen - return with new single, 'Sometimes', an uptempo Bowie-in-Berlin style anthem.
Combining analog synths, jet-setter bass lines, neo-funk guitar riffs, and Bryan Ferry-esque vocals, this follow-up to debut 'Medicine Man' melds electronica with a pop-punk flavour and experimental flourish.
It also comes with an eccentric, cerebral video, directed by Keith Musil (Twin Shadow), which features a rather evil-looking, quiffed ventriloquist puppet.
