Little Indie first heard Wolverhampton collective Lions of Dissent back in 2016 with 'Heaven Sent'.
They now hit our radar again with latest single, the disco-burning anthem 'Turn Up The Struggle', released via Lion Rebel Recordings on November 30. The new material follows July’s debut vinyl 'Honey From Hell' and will be available via all digital platforms and on limited edition CD.
Described by lead singer and songwriter Tim Baker as “a dream-like parallel musical universe where NYC 79 meets WLV 18”, 'Turn Up The Struggle' captures the group in a full-on, psych-disco mode, with a track just perfect for drive to listening.
Catch the collective live at their headline show at the newly renovated Hummingbird venue (formerly Little Civic) in Wolverhampton on December 1, with Violet and local artist Bryony Williams.
