XANZA - ALL IN
The title track of 20-year-old sultry Sydney alt-electro-pop songstress Alexandra Nicholas's debut EP, released last month. Angelic voice overlaid on subtle synths and electronics.
STEVE SCULLY - BREATHE (CIGARETTE)
Self-taught multi-instrumentalist from Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, now Melbourne-based, follows his recent 'Reckless' and last year's debut 'Come & See', with this new emotively vocalled, mellow alt-folk-pop number.
PINK WASABI - SKIN
Adelaide-based nu-goth electronic producer Odetta Maxwell displays her own individual way of bending sound on this new track that melds soft vocals with gentle chimes in an atmospheric palette.
THE FOOLS - CRAZY
Currently located in Brisbane, the three Kiwi boys from Dunedin, NZ and an Australian, making some mellow surf rock music - with this being their official, near five-minute debut of quite lush guitar and raw-edged, soul-inflected vocal.
RIVER BLUE - CATCH ME ON MY WAY DOWN

From his forthcoming EP, 'Born To Lose', due early next year, the Melbourne-based alt-folk-rock singer/songwriter lyrically deals with shades of light and dark, and discovering your potential to save yourself, on this twangy cut. Catch him live with full band on December 14 at The Gasometer Hotel, Melbourne.
EXHIBITIONIST - VICIOUS LOVE

Co-written with Dan and Jon from Sydney punk outfit Arse, the latest single from fellow Sydneysider, multi-instrumentalist Kirsty Tickle, ahead of next year's debut album. Following her first EP, 'Let Go Of Love', released earlier this year, this track of hypnotic vocal rising over a propulsive beat and handclaps, she reveals, is "how I feel about navigating modern dating as a woman in her late 20s. It’s about that nauseating feeling of changing your mind frequently, attempting to steer yourself towards good decisions and getting swept up in the complexity of human relationships."
