Debuted on Wednesday night at his intimate little soiree at the Hackney Round Chapel in London, Liam Gallagher today unveils the official recording of 'Shockwave'.
Make up your own minds about the lyrical reference points - “You’re a snake / You’re a weasel / You’re a tadpole in the sea / And the pain you feel is washing over me" - of this first taste of his upcoming second album ‘Why Me, Why Not', but 'Shockwave' is actually a bit of a shock since it's not a half bad.
With a stadium-ready chorus geared for a singalong, and naturally, being LG, a liberal dose of swagger and Mancunian bolshiness added to the mix, it has enough savvy to be a hit. Someone get that lad on Britain's Got Talent!
