London-based alt-pop rock trio CATALINA SKIES have just dropped their new single, 'Tuesday Friday', and as this is a Tuesday, well, let's give it a listen.
The three - Sean Hanrahan, Chris Macmorland and Craig Surace - fuse together an abundance of big stage, anthemic pop rock riffs and ripe melodies.
The theme of the song, they say, is about "wanting polar-opposites from a relationship. One craves a Tuesday kind of love, sharing romantic dinners and moonlit walks in the park. The other desires nothing more than short-lived, debauched fun on a Friday night, ending swiftly at Saturday’s dawn."
