Released last week, Liverpool four-piece Life At The Arcade are back with new single ‘Antidote’.

Produced and mixed by James Mellor at Motor Museum Studios in Liverpool, ‘Antidote’ is an impassioned tribute to someone close to the band who has provided that essential lifeline in their hour of need.

The track is an adrenaline-inducing shot of heart-pounding riffs, cascading drumrolls; ablaze with the guitar histrionics and a bombastic production that nods to the 80s.

“This song shows the heavier sounding side of Life At The Arcade," says frontman Paddy Clegg. "I wrote this track about having someone being my drug / reason to keep me on my feet when times were pretty s**t”.
