Perth, Australia quartet Tether follow up their impressive 'Empty Spaces' from the past spring, with another slice of smooth and slinky alt-electro rock with 'Heartless'.
It is easy to see how, three releases in, they have drawn comparisons to Warpaint, Wolf Alice, and CHVRCHES. But this is no copycat band. The fusing of dark synths with gritty, guitar-driven lines and moody layered textures, has marked Tether out with a captivating trademark style.
The band are supporting FLOSSY on August 30 at Lucy's Love Shack in Perth. They also open for The Beths at Badlands Bar, Perth on October 12.
