Turnover put their 'Number On The Gate'

Words: Sam Geary

After recently sharing 'Parties',
Virginia Beach band Turnover now drop another track from their upcoming album, 'Altogether', out November 1.

The pulsing 'Number On The Gate', is, says vocalist Austin Get, about "the struggle between trusting people for the sake of new connections and possibilities or staying isolated because it's safer or more comfortable being trapped in a small world.

"One thing I was really confronted with when moving out to California was leaving my support network and being a stranger in a new place, especially at an age when most people have their group of people that they know and feel comfortable with. Making new friends as an adult has a whole different set of things to think about than when you're young."
