Ending December, 2019 and their ‘333’ three-track project with accompanying visuals, Cub Sport unveiled 'Air' - their first-ever instrumental - on December 24.

The spacey, euphoric track by the Brisbane dream-synth-pop quartet, comes with a video directed by Jennifer Embelton, and follows 'Hearts In Halves' (released December 10), and 'City of Angels' (17).

“'Air' feels like it screams ‘GET UP! You can do this! You’ve got this!’" says vocalist Tim Nelson. "It feels really emotional to me and there are particular drum sounds that I feel right in my heart. It’s coursing with energy, it feels like it captures all the forces of life and the overall message is purely uplifting.

“333 is made up of three songs that fit together to conjure a feeling of deep and healing euphoria “It sweeps you up in all-encompassing hypnotic sonics; the chordal and harmonic combinations feel like a pang in your chest – there are forces of beauty, sorrow, growth, pain and joy. It’s uplifting, renewing and feels good in a holistic way.

"This release feels very significant. It feels like it has the energy of a whole album – there’s a message and a feeling within these songs. It’s powerful, it’s palpable, it feels GOOD and that’s why it needed to exist.”
