Will, Thom, Harry and Alex are the four components of Manchester's Big Society, and after recording their new single "in the cold, removed countryside of Worcestershire with producer Pete Robertson (ex-Vaccines)", you too can now 'Feel' the force when it releases this Thursday, February 27.
Coming after 'Give Me My Name' which they put out last November, 'Feel' has three minutes of feelgood, dancefloor vibes to it - along with smooth guirars, and harmonic rhythms, and a trouser-splitting lead falsetto! - and with what the band describe as "a unification of punch drunk melody and nervous adolescence, and speaks to the daft loneliness of teenage life and the necessity for exploration outside your comfort zone."
Big Society are lined up for Newcastle's This Is Tomorrow festival on May 23.
