Hastings outfit Kid Kapichi have released their first new music of 2020, with single 'Thugs'.
Out now through AWAL, yhe track is at its heart, a protest song. "People are fed up. People are tired of the lies. It is a call to arms. ‘You want a war, we’ll give you war’," says co-vocalist and guitarist Jack Wilson.
"The men and women at the top behave with no morals and seem to be rewarded for their lack of ethics. However when anyone decides to speak up or make a stand against the cruelty, they’re labelled ‘thugs’. We live in a world of free speech as long as you agree with what they’re saying."
The band are on a UK headline tour through March and already announced on The Great Escape in May and 2000trees Festival this July,
