Norwegian artist Marie Ulvén, known as the girl in red, has unveiled a cover of Maggie Rogers’ ‘Say It’ for Spotify's 'Studio Oyster' programme for artists.
The track fitst featured on Rogers' debut solo album ‘Heard It In A Past Life’.
"'Say it’ describes a situation I recently found myself in, when I was unable to write," explains Ulvén. "When the words finally came to me I felt incredibly grateful and it helped me understand my feelings.
“I’m stoked to be a part of the new studio concept and to have gotten the opportunity to record the track in Spotify’s studio. The possibilities to be creative in there is something I really took advantage of and it turned the song into what it is today.”
