Canadian artist Sofie Milito, known as
Seatkickr, returns with her second single 'Your Tie'.
Exploring an edgier sound which takes influence from 90s garage rock and new age grunge-pop, 'Your Tie' blends heavier instrumentation and infectious guitar chords with Milito's sugar-coated vocals, as it depicts a hopeless love triangle; the track's tone both head-banging and introspective, like you are reading the artist’s diary.
The Algonquin, Anishinabek territory (also known as Ottawa) artist is donating profits from the single to the RAVEN Trust, an organisation which works to raise legal defence funds for Indigenous Nations defending their rights.
