Preceding imminent self-produced debut full-length 'Moveys' which is out on October 9 via Winspear, Chicago-based four-piece Slow Pulp release atmospheric new single 'Montana'.

The dreampop outfit's singer Emily Massey lends her evocative voice to the track - written while the group were on tour with (Sandy) Alex G last year after they scrapped an entire album’s-worth of tracks following Massey’s Lyme disease diagnosis - and it’s a sound that is both soft and shimmering, yet filled with raw emotion, augmented by slide guitar and harmonica, courtesy of friend of the band Willie Christianson.

“This song is about moving beyond defining myself in terms of my mental health,” explains Massey. “I’ve been working through this over the last couple of years and this song is a reflection of this process and where I am now.”
