“The EP is a collection of songs that act as a narrative transition between my ‘Heartbreaker’ (debut) EP and the next phase of writing, it’s like an epilogue to my previous work. ‘Take It or Leave It’ is a tongue-in-cheek, soul, pop soundtrack of some of the most gruelling years of my life; upbeat songs for down folks from the Midlands, take it or leave it, it is what it is."
